WINS early on recognized the need of extensive and rigorous testing to qualify new technology for commercial use and has over the years built an impressive arrangement of various testing rigs and labs. To reduce risk of failures after product commercialization, the use of extensive and rigorous testing to “fail early ” is crucial. A typical approach for this is to apply different combinations of pressure, temperature, flow and movement, which we at WINS are very experienced with. Whenever finding weaknesses in the design on an early stage, corrections can easily be implemented. This iterative process will give a much more robust design which safely can be launched to the market.

WINS has a wide range of test facilities, where most are being used on a daily basis. This includes several HPHT test cells, high temperature heat labs, mechanical wear test rigs, shock test rigs capable of 500G +, among other. WINS also has extensive knowledge in designing custom test rigs for testing virtually any scenario.

WINS has performed several certification test programs for major oil and gas operators.
