Atle HjertenaesCEO
Atle founded WINS in 2009 and is the CEO. He has a PhD degree in Cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and has founded several high-tech companies over his 30 years of experience. Atle has also been working as Professor II at Narvik University College lecturing in International Business.
Yann DufourCTO
Yann joined WINS in 2024 and is CTO in charge of technology development, production, and operations. Yann has an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from CentraleSupélec in Paris, France and spent 17 years developing high temperature, high reliability electronic based products at SLB
Bodil PedersenCFO - Administration Manager
Bodil joined WINS in 2024 as our CFO and Administration Manager. Bodil holds an MBA degree from Norwegian University of Science and Technology. She has 25 years of experience in leadership and development roles in Finance, Project Management, HR, and Administration across various industries.
Brett BouldinDirector of Marketing and Business Development
Brett joined WINS in March 2020 as our Director of Marketing and Business Development. He has a BS Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and 35 years of experience in the downhole oil and gas business. Brett spent the last ten years with Saudi Aramco Upstream Research and led many innovative production technology developments. Brett has published numerous scientific articles and papers and is inventor on 43 granted patents.
Stian Marius HansenDirector of Research & Development
Stian joined WINS in 2016 as our Director of R&D. He has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas business and previously worked with Interwell developing innovative upstream equipment. Stian has extensive experience in project management and mechanical design and holds an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
Henrik ClayboroughChief Engineer
Henrik joined WINS in 2012, later taking the role of Chief Engineer. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Høgskolen i Sør-Trøndelag (HIST), Norway. Henrik has had a central role in all WINS’ high profile R&D projects and has been responsible for some of our most innovative achievements.
